Food for Thought Friday: knock knock - wanna cook LIVE with me in your kitchen?!


Hello hello and happy Friday!

I’m really excited to share that spots are now available for my LIVE zoom class!

It’s called Intuitive Cooking TONIGHT! and it’s happening on Thursday, April 8, around dinner time, wherever you are! (Two different time slots - for my people on all coasts or in between.)

In this class I will:

  1. Take you on a scavenger hunt through your own kitchen
  2. Teach you my formula for simple, healthy, delicious 20-minute meals made from whatever you have
  3. Coach you along (with the group) to cook dinner LIVE during class (using the formula), so it’ll be ready to eat by the time class is complete!

1 hour, 15 mins. No advanced prep required, just show up and cook with me!

(I’m super excited - been testing this out on a few friends and it’s been so much fun!)
